1 Payment Terms:
If Nappyland agrees to extend credit to the buyer, payments for the goods sold will be within the term agreed. Buyer is liable for all expenses incurred by Nappyland in recovering the debt.
2 Retention of Title:
Goods invoiced from Nappyland to the customer will remain the property of Nappyland until payment has been received in full. Nappyland reserves the right to recover the goods should it become necessary.
3 Delivery:
Free delivery within the Sydney Metropolitan area for the orders over $150.00 Ex GST. An order under this amount will incur delivery charges.
4 Products:
Products are to be used as a guide only. Products may be substituted for the equivalent brands if they become unavailable.
5 Pricing:
All Prices published are exclusive of 10% GST (where applicable). Prices are subject to change or alteration without notice.
6 Goods Return:
Any claims are to be made within 7 days of the delivery. Freight for goods returned is on the buyer unless arranged and accepted by Nappyland.
7 Risk and Property:
Nappyland accepts no responsibility for the misuse or incorrect use of any products or equipment supplied. The buyer acknowledges sole responsibility for any damage or injury to the property or persons, caused by the use of any products supplied.
